For the Seller

  • Owner's policy issued at the time the property was purchased
  • Contact information for your homeowners/property owners/condominium association
  • Loan and mortgage account numbers and contact information
  • Existing mortgage & title information
  • Photo ID at closing
  • Social Security Number or Non-Resident Card

For the Buyer

  • If this is a mortgage transaction, the contact information for the mortgage provider
  • Certificate of approval from the homeowners, property owners, and condominium association, if applicable
  • Realtor information, including commission & prcessing fees
  • Photo ID at closing
  • Wired funds for closing costs
